Ingredients:
3 Russet potatoes
Mild Italian Sausage
3 garlic cloves
1 lb spinach
rosemary
basil
parsley
onions
green bell peppers
1/3 c Red wine
1 c mushrooms
2 c chicken broth
kent rollins mesquite seasoning that has salt, paprika, garlic and onion powder
olive oil

Cut the potatoes in slices, dice the onions and green bell peppers then in a hot Dutch oven add olive and garlic stir and cook for 2 minutes, then add the potatoes and chicken broth and cook until soft and tender then add the Italian sausage let cook for 5 minutes then add red wine herbs and seasonings adding the mushrooms and cook for 30 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy with a white wine!
