Ok a few things:1) I don't know when this video came out, however, prices have certainly gone up at least for people who are not rich like me, especially because of the various wars going on, especially the Russian-Ukrainian one, unfortunately.
2)when you see the months next to the prices of the various cheeses, they indicate the maturation, because that type of cheese, after being prepared, is left to rest in special places for example 12 or 24 months, to make the flavour richer, that Is not the duration of the cheese. 3)Artichokes are a specialty of my region (Lazio) and are particularly rooted in the culinary culture of Rome, so much so that there are many festivals dedicated to it, the artichoke can be eaten in many ways, you can boil and eat the leaves, you can fry them, you can make a lasagna with them, or you can eat it with pasta or in many other ways
