1 1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup pepperoni
1 1/2 cup greens (spinach)
1/2 cup your favorite wine (today i used red alborone merlow from @hardhatwinery
1 borsin garlic and herb cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt, pepper, Italian blend, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano
added 2 cups motzerella cheese
