I have one of those two-oven deals. I used the top because it’s smaller (less space to heat and closer to the heat source) and more convenient to access. Let my pizza stone rise to 450° with the oven and let it sit for about half an hour before sliding the (would-be) pizza in. It’s not a pizza until it comes out of the oven!

Even though I floured my peel, it still stuck a little bit, so it didn’t wind up with the perfect shape I’d have liked, but I still recovered pretty well.

Still working on improving, but it was definitely better than previous attempts.
