I’ve lived in Naples Italy for over three years and I’ve spent time in almost every neighborhood worth considering as an expat. This isn’t a tourist guide. This is my honest ranking after 3 years of actually living here, covering cost, safety, walkability, expat friendliness, and the things nobody tells you before you move.
