During our time traveling through Venice, Italy my amazing and very friendly travel partner met some Italians that offered to each us how to make amazing pinchi pasta. It required only a few very simple ingredients like oil,flour and water to make the noodles and fresh tomatoes, basil and Parmesan to make the sauce. The food was delicious and the company was incredibly entertaining. In this video, our two local Italian pasta chefs teach us a little about pasta and lot about having a good time in the kitchen.
