In this video he was preparing a “questionable” version of Carbonara…

This is the REAL classic recipe of Spaghetti alla Carbonara. I swear!
INGREDIENTS (for two):
– 4 Slices of Guanciale
– 2 Egg Yolks
– 2 tbsp “Pecorino Romano” Cheese
– 300 gr (0,70 lb) Spaghetti (I used thick ones)
– Ground Pepper
– Salt
INGREDIENTI (per due):
– 4 Fette di Guanciale
– 2 Tuorli d’Uovo
– 2 Cucchiai di Pecorino Romano
– 300 gr di Spaghettoni
– Pepe macinato fresco
– Sale
