Katie Parla is a Rome-based food and beverage educator and journalist. She has written and edited more than 20 books and her latest book, Food of the Italian South, was highlighted in Enoteca La Soria of Little Italy San Jose. We got to try a few delicious recipes with Katie and we couldn’t have been more excited.
