Ingredients (estimated):
– 1 6 oz dough ball (170g) thin-crust pizza dough
– 1/3 cup tomato sauce
– 50-60g shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
– 50-60g shredded provolone cheese
– 1 spicy Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
– 7–10 slices pepperoni
– 1 slice Black Forest ham, diced
– 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
– Preheat oven with pizza stone to 550°F (288°C) for at least 30 minutes (I used @NinjaKitchenUS’s Woodfire Pizza Oven).
– Stretch and roll the dough very thin.
– Add toppings in this order: tomato sauce → cheese → sausage → pepperoni → ham → bacon → cheese.
– Bake until the crust is golden with slight charring and the cheese is melted and bubbling with browned spots.
– Rest 2–3 minutes before slicing.
