    Just received mine last Tuesday. Interesting read. I started with the New York style, both dough and sauce and it turned out amazing. I recommend using real San Marzano tomatoes and not the kind with basil added. Very simple sauce but really good.

    Waiting for a delivery of Wisconsin brick cheese to arrive so I can try the Detroit style. Also started a sourdough starter.
