English muffin Pizza Burgers. So good!!!

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 onion, finely chopped
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4oz shredded Swiss cheese
8oz shredded mozzarella cheese
12 English muffins, split
Instructions
Cook Sausage and beef with the chopped onions and seasonings until browned.
Stir in tomato paste until fully combined.
Split the English muffins.
Spoon meat mixture on each muffin half.
Top with Swiss and mozzarella.
Bake at 375°F until cheese is melted about 5-10 minutes.
OR
Place on a baking sheet and freeze until solid, then store in freezer bags.
To cook later
Bake from frozen at 375°F for about 12–15 minutes
