Hey everyone! I recently scored a huge deal and bought 10 packs of Giovanni Rana lasagna sheets (12 sheets per pack, so 120 total!).

Since this is high-quality egg pasta with good protein content, I feel like it’s too good to just use for standard lasagna every day. I’m thinking about getting creative—maybe using them for dumplings, cutting them into hand-cut noodles (pappardelle), or even trying them in an air fryer?

What are your favorite 'hacks' or recipes for lasagna sheets?
