550*F on a steel for 7 minutes. Broiled in the broiler drawer for a minute or so. Cup n char peps, trader joes low moisture full fat mozz, parmesan, hydroponic basil. Put some olive oil on crust just before the broil. Nice and crispy (forgot to take a pic of the bottom before I ate it all).
