Made some pizzas for the family for Friday night dinner.

Still trying to tune the times for my dough and get comfortable with using a steel but I'm pretty happy with these.

-The first one is a classic cheese pizza.

-Second one is topped with sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke.

-For the third one I wanted to try the dill-pickle pizza I've been seeing, with the addition of salt roasted pistachios.

No flop and crispy crust.

Mix of wheat and whole wheat flour. Cold fermented for 18h.

  1. Pizzas look great. What did you put on the pickle pie? Im going work on one next week with some sort of ranch element
