
Thin crust BBQ pizza I made with leftover bbq rib meat, mozzarella, cheddar, and red onions. It was crispy and so delicious! The thin layer of bbq sauce on the crust really helped with the over all flavor. Baked at 425 for 8min and then under the broiler for 2min to finish it off.
