Finally gave in and bought an arc XL over winter. Now that the weather is in my favor, I've been dialing in the pies and getting a hang of the temperatures. Previous was using 3/8" steel in a home oven and was generally happy to do so. Loving this change of pace though.

First pizza is an oil and caramelized onion pie. Second is classic pepperoni.
