Tofu – 100g (cut into small pieces)(you can also use low fat paneer for protein)
Salt & pepper – to taste
Oregano – ¼ tsp
Chilli flakes – ¼ tsp
Cheese – 20g
Method –
* Spread pizza pasta sauce on leftover roti.
* Add veggies and tofu pieces evenly.
* Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and chilli flakes.
* Top with cheese.
* Cook on a covered pan on low flame till cheese melts.
* Slice & enjoy your pizza fix in under 10 mins.
