Nice. With the burrata, are you actually using the whole ball? I’ve been buying just the filling recently, the little mozz strands soaked in cream.. works quite well.

That’s beautiful but there is nothing about that Pizza that says NY Style. That’s a Neapolitan through and through. Everything from the size, to the fresh mozzarella to the thickness of the crust to the number of toppings. It looks delicious no doubt but yeah. That is Not NY Style at all.
