Pies came out pretty good tonight. I upped the hydration just a tad and it had a dramatic affect on proofing time.
Added some fresh basil to the mix today which several neighbors loved. Had someone gift some whiskey! Really sweet.
Met some more awesome folks that I could see us hanging out with more often!
Did a little restaurant depot trip. They were sold out of rosa grande pepperoni so I didn't get any. I will say the halal pepperoni looked pretty good. Anyone use this one from hormel? Didn't snag it because I have no experience with it.
Had a couple buddies come and hang with I tossed some pies. They ate a sweet roni while hanging and loved it.
All in all another fun pizza night!
Ready to go again tomorrow! Taking the weekend off for r&r 😂
