
Been lurking for a few months since I received an outdoor ninja smoker/pizza oven for xmas. After multiple iterations of home made cold fermented dough, fresh shredded whole milk mozz, pepperoni and now a garlicy butter parm crust, the fruits of my pizza labor are coming showing!
Good news is pizza has become my absolute favorite food and a new hobby to work on! Now to keep improving!

Looks good! What I like about the pizza making journey is that they usually end up at least edible so always motivated to keep pushing and improving !
