I made a three hour dough, NY style pizza for lunch today

I made some longer CF dough and I had some leftover from the batch. Made a quick lunch, I think it turned out decent for dough sitting on the counter for 3ish hours. Obviously it would have been better if it got to hangout with its brothers and sisters in the fridge, but not half bad.

Anyone here have any go-to same day dough recipes you can share? I’d love to experiment for a quick hunger knockout!
