They can be very tough to shape, and this is far from my best shaped one. However, it might be my best tasting one yet. Half Hawaiian w/ jalapeno, and the other half pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeno. The crust had a really nice chew and still was pretty crispy. Launching an 18 inch on a peel can be a little intense, but it's getting easier!
