Chicken Francaise is a great meal to make ahead of time; i’ts quick and fulfilling, simple to make and less time consuming as well.
I tried my version of this recipe by not adding flour, lemon juice and white wine and it turned out just as delicious. The ingredients that I used for this recipe are listed below;

2 Chicken Breasts
4 tbsp. Butter
2 Large Eggs
Kosher Salt (optional) 1/8 tsp.
1 tbsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Pepper or to taste
Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp. chopped Parsley

For The Sauce

2 blocks of Butter
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Parsley
Remaining Garlic 1/2 tsp.

Instructions:

Add about two ounces of olive oil into a frying pan. While the oil is warming up over a medium flame, begin coating the chicken in the egg mixture. Once all of the chicken is coated on both sides, add into the frying pan. Remove the chicken from the frying pan and set aside while preparing the gravy.
In the same frying pan over a medium flame, add the rest of the butter. Once melted, mix in one cup of chicken broth and two blocks of butter. Add the remaining garlic and parsley and start stirring the gravy. Simmer for about two minutes and then add the chicken back into the pan. Continue to cook the chicken for 10 minutes over a low flame. After five minutes, flip the chicken to the other side to cook evenly. Remove the chicken from the stove, dish it out and pour the delicious gravy all over it. Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy
Tadaaaa! your Chicken Francaise is ready to be devoured!
