Ingredients
5 chicken breasts
1 packet of wheat (Rao’s) fetuccine noodles
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter
2 bags shredded parmesean cheese
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup greek yogurt
onion powder
sea salt
pepper

Instructions
1️⃣Put your crockpot on high then add butter, minced garlic, blend up your greek yogurt, milk, heavy cream and cottage cheese add to the crockpot with your parmesean cheese with a tsp of salt, pepper and onion powder let cook for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook your chicken breast in a skillet until done and your pasta follow the instructions on the back but i always do my pasta boiling water for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Shred your chicken breasts up and add to the crockpot along with your noodles then divide to your meal prep containers.
