
Sourdough crusts. My sourdough starter wasnโt fully active so the crust came out thin, but I liked the crust color. For the sauce, I tried using a can of Harris teeter brand crushed tomatoes, added salt, basil and oregano. Cheese is low moisture part skim, Harris teeter brand. Sopressata is from a local Italian deli, I sliced it thin.

Did you parbake the dough on a pizza stone to firm up before putting it straight on the oven rack?
