


Hello again, all pizza enthusiasts! Spark and Sprout went with their usuals (Pic 1), although Sprout went under the cheese for his toppings and tried chopped up beef snack sticks. Apparently, they get awesomely crispy!
I experimented with thickness for me and Spouse. His pizza (Pic 2, left) was not fully stretched to get more fluffy, and the results (pic 3) speak for themselves! For me, I tried a pinched crust, and it made a great "bucket" for toppings that spread out nicely as it baked. Yellow pepper, shallot, sun dried tomato, and bacon for the toppings today, along with a garlic butter brush on the crust. I'm liking this combo!
