  1. I do love pizza with whole wheat but usually somewhere around 10-15% is the sweet spot. You can do higher (up to 30% or so) if you’re doing a white pizza with toppings that complement the flavor of the whole wheat. Crush tomatoes/tomato sauce tends to clash with the whole wheat flavor with percentages above 10-15.
