I don’t think this guy knows that anything over 7.5 is eight out of 10 on most people scales anything close to eight on Dave scale (which the owner got originally then and 8.1) would be a nine for 98% of people, and when you get a nine a normal person is definitely gonna give it a 10! I wish you good just see a scores he gives and it was accurate. But you have to listen to what he says and watch how he eats a slice. Those are the real scores. This pizza is obviously above a 8.1, and everyone but Dave knows the rules.
Its good but not the best for that oven. Theres better places in sfl, but if in the area, its good.
