Chicken Chorizo Pizza #recipe

There’s just nothing like that fresh taste of @vvsupremo queso fresco on a hot chorizo pizza. it softens perfectly without losing its texture and ties everything together so beautifully!

Ingredients:
1 cup @vvsupremo Chicken Chorizo
Pizza dough
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup @vvsupremo Chihuahua® Brand Cheese
1/2 cup @vvsupremo Queso Fresco
Onions (sliced)
Jalapeños (julienned)
Optional topping: homemade Chipotle crema

Directions:
1. Cook the chicken chorizo until it’s ready.
2. Shape your dough and evenly spread pizza sauce or tomato sauce on it.
3. Sprinkle @vvsupremo Chihuahua® Brand Cheese over the sauce, and then add the cooked chicken chorizo on top. Crumble the queso fresco over the pizza. Add sliced onions and jalapeños as toppings.
4. Bake the pizza at 425°F for 15 to 18 minutes. Once it’s out of the oven, top it off with your favorite sauce like a homemade chipotle crema and then enjoy!
