

Started with hot Italian sausage, then added diced red and green peppers and shallots, some grated garlic. A squeeze of tomato paste, cooked that in then deglazed with vodka. Let that cook down x then added homemade passata and cooked it down a bit before going in with the cream. Killed the heat, added fresh grated parm and a bit of cold garlic and herb butter. Tossed in the pasta, and onto the plate
