So, despite the wonky shape, taste wise this is my favorite. The thin crust (that’s what I’m always after) was amazing, light and crispy. Only trouble is that I decided to build it on the peel, but I had a couple of wet bits that stuck the pizza in place at launch. But that’s minor and since this was a test I still have 3 more to play around with.
