Hello guys. I’m wanting to up my pizza game and was thinking of making a pizza steel for the oven until I can get around to building an outdoor pizza oven.
My question is how if anything do you treat the steel with. I work in sheet metal but was unsure what finish is best. Do you just take the mill scale off. Or apply a high temp oil and bake it in ?
