Pizza bianca con ricotta, mozzarella e ‘nduja

I made this pizza on my Ooni Karu 2 wood oven. A white pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, a bit of parmezan and some drops of 'nduja.

I have a big can of 'nduja that expires in a month, so now I put 'nduja on all my food.
