Hello italian cooks this is the version 2 of the ragout recipe. Is dryer than the other one but also fantastic! Try it and let me know!
Ingredients (approx 6/7 pasta dishes):
150g onion
100g carrot
100g celery
500g ground (minced) meat (1/2 beef 1/2 pork)
80g butter
100g triple tomato paste
200ml milk (+150ml to complete cooking)
100g wine (white or red at your taste)
salt (a.t.)
pepper (a.t.)
