1st pan -> a drizzle of olive oil -> remove the salsiccia from its casing -> slice one onion into rings -> slice a clove of garlic -> sautee -> add the salsiccia torn into pieces -> deglaze with wine -> add some cream -> add chopped parsley -> add cracked black pepper

2nd pot -> cook the short pasta al dente in salted water

Combine the pasta with the sauce. Toss to get it creamy. Add a bit of pasta cooking water if to dry. Toss a bit more. Check for salt.
