How thin can everyone here go? This was 12oz to a 16" screen I made for lunch. Its about as thin as i can go before I really lose structure.
I know thickness is a make or break statistic in pizza for a majority of people, so im curious about the response!
Do YOU like super thin crusts?

I thrown slices so thin you couldn’t even see them. All surface area baby. Flavor has nowhere to hide.
