Been messing around with some different lies lately, cheddar brat and giardinera, a little play on Chicago flavor but in Wisconsin, white pizza with Wisconsin brick cheese, mozzarella, burrata with a roasted garlic Greek yogurt base, and a plain cheese. Not necessarily ny style but inspired by it. Let me know what you think
