This was hard to explain in the video, but not only did the cheese make the Pizza taste like nothing. The flavor of the dough and toppings were also muted. Guess there's a reason why we use motz on pizza 🙂
it looks perfectly crisp theres no flop, maybe try mixing the bread cheese with another kind and layering a good amount of homemade sauce on the bottom; also maybe oughta add some toppings on there? looks good though
