

I'm happy with how it came out and can't wait to make more. I made the dough yesterday, and the sauce for the first time.
I've made Detroit style pizzas a couple of times so this was new. I cooked it on an upside down cookie sheet. I think I'll get a peel for next time, transferring it on parchment paper was a little sketchy. Any recommendations for wood vs aluminum?
I may look into a pizza steel too.
