

Cook spaghetti in salted water and save some pasta water.
Sauté zucchini in olive oil with a clove of garlic until lightly golden (not mushy).
In the same pan, cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until just pink, then set aside.
Add pasta to the pan with the zucchini, a splash of pasta water, and toss. Return the shrimp and mix everything together.
Turn off the heat and finish with lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and fresh parsley.
