Saw this video from Scott’s pizza tours (great channel!) where he said lemon zest is one of his favorite toppings. I tried it out for the first time yesterday, what a great addition to a pizza! Adds some brightness with just a little acidic/citrusy notes that work super well.
Going to try gremolata, or sumac next couple times I make pizzas.
