The last pizzas done for family meal at the brewery & pizzeria I was working at. I’m going back to fine dining so this was my final hurrah…until I get my own backyard pizza oven…
The red one is mozz cheese then sauce, three mushroom blend, garlic, roasted tomato’s, pepperoni, then more sauce on the top finished with hot honey.
White one is garlic olive oil and chili oil base, mozz cheese, cheddar cheese, 24hr brined shredded chicken, bacon crumble, garlic, fresh Jalapeño slices, in-house made buffalo sauce and ranch, hot honey and chopped parsley.
Gotta be honest the buffalo ranch pizza was legit fire.
