
Been neglecting my outdoor oven. Sometimes it’s a lot better for certain pizza styles, the char adds a lovely depth.
On the left we have a black truffle and parmesan cream sauce base with sautéed mushrooms and red onion on top.
On the right we have a parmesan cream sauce with Ezzo pep, red and green onions, jalapeño, and sautéed mushrooms.
Fresh moz and grated pecorino on both.
