Looks great! I have to give it a try. I usually cut my pizza rolls before baking and bake them like cinnamon buns, but it makes them a bit dry or the filling burns on the sheet. Thank you for the inspiration!
It does look amazing. Kinda reminds me of the viral pinwheels from Krispy Pizza. The big difference there is they slice them up and then put them in the oven so their kinda like cinnamon rolls with pizza toppings inside. 😋
