
Preheated oven about 20 mins, launched pizza and turn off flame, waited two mins and then out the flame in low to medium fire another 3-4 mins to finish. 70% hydration dough. came out good, might preheat oven a bit longer next time to try to get a little more on the bottom. Any other suggestions for cooking?
