RISOTTO Recipe is very Know in Northern Part of Italy Recipe. IT’S very easy To Prepare, simple yet Comforting food. I LOVE to make Risotto con Vegetables and this is one I Made with beetroot.

Here’s all you need:

Ingridients: 3 persons

210 G Riso Carnaroli
30 g Ready cooked Beetroot
1 chopped onions
20 g butter
Parmessan cheese (to Sprinkle)
Salt
2 cups water

METHOD:

*Clean and Chopped beetroot and onions in small diced.

*Heat the large pot w/ butter, and saute diced onions in a minute. THEN ADD diced beetroot, Rice and salt. STIR constantly over medium high heat. Add water.

*cook more or less 25 min. Keep Boiling.

*Serve immediately con Parmeggiano
