Had to share this other custom pizza I made. Spicy Gochujang pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella slices, pepperoni, roasted chopped garlic, roasted tomato’s, fresh Jalapeños, I put shredded basil on before and after cooking, and then drizzled hot honey over everything. It had flop but that’s cuz if you use fresh mozzarella and the bottom is thin the moisture seeps through. Was really tasty though. I think next time I’m going to put a little extra sauce on top of everything before baking, make it more saucy. I like saucy pies.
