Super happy to finally have a stone. Whipped up a couple Friday afternoon pizza’s for lunch, along with a Stromboli. Did a 24 hr cold ferment, but don’t get the air bubbles I was hoping for. Overall, super happy with the results.

    Take it out of the fridge earlier. Those yeast gotta be warm to work.
