


Red sauce layered with Jwala green chilies, mozzarella, provolone, sautéed sweet onions, bacon, pineapple, red onions. Finished with pecorino romano, scallions, and hot honey. Baked in home oven on a baking steel preheated at 550 degrees for an hour. Broiled 5 minutes on low, then turned to bake for last 2 1/2 minutes. Dough is made with 24 hour poolish, then dough balls fermented for another 72 hours.
Pretty new to making pizza, and really having a ton of fun learning!! Thanks to everyone here who posts their techniques, it’s helped me so much!
