Chili Crisp California Club Pasta Salad

I love chili crisp, California clubs, and pasta, so here we are๐คทโโ๏ธ Best part is, itโll last all week in @zwilling_ca โs Fresh and Save Bowls – truly love these so much!!๐ค

Recipe:
1. Cook 500g pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
2. Cook 1/2 lb bacon and 1lb chicken separately, in the oven or air fryer. (I marinated and cooked the chicken in chili crisp, then shredded)
3. For the dressing, mix together 1/2 cup yogurt(VF) 1/4 cup mayo, 2 Tbsp chili crisp, 2Tbsp rice vinegar, 1tsp sugar and 1tsp salt.
4. To your bowl mix together the pasta, dressing, 1 cup halved grape tomatoes, 1lb shredded chicken, 1/2 sliced red onion and optional parsley. This should last a week in the vacuum sealed bowl.
5. When ready to serve, toss in diced avocado, shredded lettuce, and cooked bacon (to avoid any texture changes for meal prep).
